At Claptales, every toy dreams of becoming a child’s new favorite sidekick. But hey, sometimes playdates don’t click — and that’s totally okay!

Hit record while unboxing — every toy deserves its grand entrance.

Here’s how we handle those little “oops!” adventures:

Change of Heart?

No worries! You can return or trade your toy within 7 days of delivery if it’s still:

  • Unplayed with (we know it’s tempting, but only brand-new toys can go on new adventures!)
  • Snug in its original box with all tags, labels, and invoice
  • Ready to find a new home

Toys We Can’t Take Back

  • Already-loved or gently “tested” toys
  • Personalized or custom-made cuties
  • Clearance sale treasures marked as “non-returnable”

Magic Refunds

  • Once your toy arrives safely in its original condition, we’ll process your refund in 3–5 working days.
  • Refunds bounce back to your original payment method.
  • COD orders? We’ll send the magic directly to your bank account.

Who Handles the Ride Back?

  • If your toy arrived broken, damaged, or not what you ordered — we cover the journey home.
  • If it’s just a case of “hmm, not my style,” then return shipping will be your part of the story.
  • Tell us within 7 days of delivery if your toy needs a do-over.

Toy Replacement – “Do-Over Magic!”

  • The toy should be brand-new, untouched, and tucked safely in its original box (tags & invoice included ).
  • If your toy’s twin is still waiting in our playhouse, we’ll send it hopping to your doorstep.
  • If not, no tears! We’ll send you a full refund so you can pick another adventure when you’re ready.
