In some metro cities, your toy puts on sneakers and literally sprints to your door in 1–3 working days.
Speed costs a little extra though — blame the running shoes.

Cash on Delivery – “Knock Knock, Surprise!”

Orders under ₹3,000 can be paid in good old Cash on Delivery
COD comes with a small fee as every treasure chest needs a key.

Change of Heart?

No worries! You can return or trade your toy within 7 days of delivery if it’s still:

• Unplayed with (we know it’s tempting, but only brand-new toys can go on new adventures!)
• Snug in its original box with all tags, labels, and invoice
• Ready to find a new home

Toys We Can’t Take Back

• Already-loved or gently “tested” toys
• Personalized or custom-made cuties
• Clearance sale treasures marked as “non-returnable”

Magic Refunds

• Once your toy arrives safely in its original condition, we’ll process your refund in 3–5 working days.
• Refunds bounce back to your original payment method.
• COD orders? We’ll send the magic directly to your bank account.

Who Handles the Ride Back?

• If your toy arrived broken, damaged, or not what you ordered — we cover the journey home.
• If it’s just a case of “hmm, not my style,” then return shipping will be your part of the story.
• Tell us within 7 days of delivery if your toy needs a do-over.

• The toy should be brand-new, untouched, and tucked safely in its original box (tags & invoice included ).
• If your toy’s twin is still waiting in our playhouse, we’ll send it hopping to your doorstep.
• If not, no tears! We’ll send you a full refund so you can pick another adventure when you’re ready.
