No worries! You can return or trade your toy within 7 days of delivery if it’s still:

- Snug in its original box with all tags, labels, and invoice
- Ready to find a new home
Toys We Can’t Take Back
- Already-loved or gently “tested” toys
- Personalized or custom-made cuties
- Clearance sale treasures marked as “non-returnable”
Magic Refunds
- Once your toy arrives safely in its original condition, we’ll process your refund in 3–5 working days.
- Refunds bounce back to your original payment method.
- COD orders? We’ll send the magic directly to your bank account.
Who Handles the Ride Back?
- If your toy arrived broken, damaged, or not what you ordered — we cover the journey home.
